According to the present Privacy Policy, FinProm as the holder of processing personal data, provides certain information regarding the processing of personal data by the users of the site finprom.ro/en.
The information that will be provided according to the law and the EU Regulation 2016/679 (in the following "EU Regulation"), to those that use the site.
The Privacy Policy refers to processing personal data through the site finprom.ro/en and not through other web sites accessed by the user through different links present on it.
Navigating on FinProm’s web site and interacting with the Company’s services implies processing certain personal data. The refusal to give us this data may result in the impossibility to deliver you the necessary services and information for the recruitment process. When you visit our page, our web servers, implicitly, store the IP address of the supplier of the internet services, the web page from which you visit us, the web pages you visit, the date and the duration of the visit. This information is mandatory for the technical transfer of the web pages and for the safe functioning of the server. A personal evaluation doesn’t take place.

2. The collection and the processing of personal data
We store and process personal data only if you have willingly supplied it to us, such as by completing a contract form, by subscribing to the Company’s newsletter or by sending a Curriculum Vitae. If FinProm collects any kind of personal data which regards you, you will be informed by the present Privacy Policy or on the afferent web pages.
3. The purpose and the legal base of data processing:
Your personal data will be collected, processed and used on your free consent according to art. 6 paragraph 1, lit. a) of the EU Regulation for recruiting; in order to fulfill our (pre-) contractual obligations under art. 6, paragraph 1, lit. b) of the EU Regulation; without your free consent expressed according to art. 6, paragraph 1, lit. c) of the EU Regulation, for the fulfillment of any legal obligations; based on legitimate interest according to art. 6, paragraph 1, lit. f).
4. The data categories that we use
"Personal data" means data that contains information about a specific or identifiable person, including in particular the name and address, the IP address and others like. "Data collection" is the acquisition of data. "Processing" means any action or set of actions performed with or without using automated processes and applied to the personal data or to a set of personal data such as collecting, storing, modifying, transmitting, blocking and deleting data.
It is not necessary to disclose personal information to visit our site. In some cases, it may be required some data such as name and address, as well as other information necessary, to provide you the required services. 7. The personal data storage
The personal data processed without needing explicit consent in order to fulfill the legal obligations is stored for the necessary period for the purpose of processing, taking into consideration the legal dispositions.
The collected personal data for other purposes indicated in paragraph 3, is stored for the necessary period for the purpose of processing, and in any case until the 31st of December of the tenth year starting with the most recent date from the following: i) the date of collection, ii) the date of the last confirm/update of data by the user and iii) the date of the last use of data as a reply to a service request from the user.
8. The personal data transfer
Personal data will be passed on to our commercial partners with headquarters in countries from EU or based on the public authority request, according to the purposes described at point 3.
9. Ways of processing personal data
The processing of personal data will be acquired through manual, automated, informatic instruments or telematic acts for memorizing, managing and transmitting data.
The person in question it is not submitted to any decision based only on the automated processing data, including profile creation that produces legal effects regarding his/her person.

FinProm fully respecting the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 from EU Regulation, informs you of the following rights:
- To request access to personal data (art. 15) and correction (art. 16), annulment of this (art. 17), blocking the processing of personal data that concern you (art. 18), refusal of processing data (art. 21), other rights regarding data portability (art. 20);
- To revoke the consent at any moment without prejudice the legality of data processing based on the consent given before the revoke;
- To file complaints to the authority for personal data protection.

11. The modification of the Privacy Policy
